- **JWT signature not verified** — blocked on crypto crate decision (see Cargo.toml UNRESOLVED DECISION); token exchange itself authenticates the claims for the MVP
- Token exchange uses `curl` subprocess to reach IDP HTTPS endpoint from std-only Rust
