# Supported deployment

AkurAI Platform is supported as an AkurAI-operated managed workspace. AkurAI provisions the workspace, operates the runtime, applies releases, verifies backups, and provides the support level recorded in the selected plan.

External self-hosting, customer-operated production deployments, and use of AkurAI private infrastructure paths are not supported. Source availability does not grant deployment or hosting rights; see `LICENSE`.

## Onboarding and migration

A migration starts with an AkurAI assessment of source systems, data scope, identity mapping, and an agreed cutover. AkurAI performs supported migrations into the managed workspace and confirms the resulting deployment and backup state. Unsupported source formats or integrations are scoped separately before migration proceeds.

## Customer controls

Organization administrators use the authenticated portal for members, workspaces, entitlements, installations, domains, deployment state, backups, invoices, audit history, support requests, retention exports/restores, and subscription-management-link recovery. Recovery links are delivered only to the registered customer email; delivery status is visible to administrators and can be retried from the portal.
