# AGENTS.md - AkurAI-Platform

## Purpose

This repo is the AkurAI Platform gateway landing page for the EC2 VM
`mail.olibuijr.com`. It is a no-build AkurAI-Framework app that presents only
applications and services hosted or configured on that VM.

## Scope Rules

- Keep the live catalog EC2-local. Do not add external SaaS, registrar,
  DNS-provider, cloud-account, or non-VM services as platform entries.
- A public URL belongs here only when the nginx vhost or listener terminates on
  the EC2 VM.
- GitHub links are allowed as source metadata for the VM-hosted entries.
- Runtime application data and memory comparison data belong in
  `backend/page.json`; changing listed services must not require rebuilding the
  binary.
- AkurAI-Framework templates resolve dotted object paths but do not support
  numeric array indexing in templates; expose static render values as named
  objects when a section cannot be looped cleanly.
- Memory figures shown on the page use PSS from `/proc/<pid>/smaps_rollup` on
  the VM. External comparison figures must be cited and described as baseline
  guidance, not identical workload benchmarks.
- Do not list `pi.olibuijr.com` / Bui Pi Bridge. It was removed from the EC2 VM
  on 2026-06-26 and is intentionally not part of this gateway.
- Keep frontend code to native HTML, CSS, and JS. No bundler, npm app runtime,
  or framework outside AkurAI-Framework.
- Use systemd for long-running deployment on the VM.

## Files

- `frontend/index.html` - gateway landing page template.
- `frontend/styles.css` - hand-written landing page styling.
- `frontend/app.js` - health check and small client behavior.
- `frontend/assets/` - page-owned visual assets. The OpenMontage source
  workspace for `akurai-platform-infographic.mp4` is
  `/home/olafurbui/Projects/OpenMontage/projects/akurai-platform-infographic/`.
- `backend/page.json` - application catalogue, memory data, and sources.
- `deploy.sh` - root deployment entrypoint; delegates to
  `scripts/deploy-ec2.sh`.
- `scripts/deploy-ec2.sh` - deploy helper using `akurai-ec2`.
- `scripts/check-live.sh` - DNS, public HTTP, nginx Host-header, and VM upstream check.
- `ISA.md` - PAI planning and verification record.

## Deployment Rule

For landing-page changes, deploy with `./deploy.sh` and then run
`scripts/check-live.sh` against the live EC2 VM before closing the task.
