Documentation for this repo lives in AkurAI Notes, notebook **AkurAI-Notes**
(ID 11) — see `AkurAI-Notes — Docs` (note 34).

- Workspace: Rust, members under `crates/`.
- Verification: `cargo test --workspace`.
- Release + deploy only through AkurAI Build: `akurai_release` cuts the version/changelog/tag and queues the pipeline; the `.akurai.yml` `deploy` job ships to EC2 and runs the cross-environment health sweep. There is no `deploy.sh`.

Secrets live in the **akurai-passvault** MCP, never in this repo.
