# Live EC2 copies (2026-09-07) that diverge from master

Copied from `/opt/akurai-mail-ui` on akurai-ec2. These are the versions that
are *installed and running* (`/usr/local/sbin/akurai-mail-server` and
`/etc/systemd/system/akurai-mail-hook.service` are byte-identical to these),
but master carries different, partly newer versions. Both sides have features
the other lacks, so they need a manual merge before master replaces them:

- `scripts/akurai-mail-server` / `akurai-mail-hook.service`: live hook creates
  assigned Multica issues from Klara's mail (master: pi-bun push notifications).
- `tools/akurai-mail-mcp.ts`: live adds the `admin` permission tier, admin
  tools (status, user/password/alias management) and anti-spam/quarantine tools.
- `tools/akurai-mail-index.ts`, `tools/package.json`: live variants.
- `opt-checkout.diff`: uncommitted diff of the EC2 checkout (base d2d4aa9).

Credential files (`tools/accounts/*.conf`) and env files were deliberately not copied.
