Documentation for this repo lives in AkurAI Notes, notebook **AkurAI-Framework**
(ID 9) — see `AkurAI-Framework — Project Index` (note 67).

Secrets live in the **akurai-passvault** MCP, never in this repo.

The framework's public documentation website under `site/content/`
(`site/content/docs/*.md`, `site/content/changelog.md`) is build/runtime input,
not dev-docs — it was never migrated to Notes and stays in-repo. The deployed
binary serves it at `akurai-framework.olibuijr.com/docs` and `/changelog`.

## Mail / daemon apps (OLI-131)

- Multi-binary apps (UI + API + hook) deploy as one unit; one canonical `scripts/validate.sh` lives in the UI repo, other repos carry a byte-identical copy (enforced by a check script).
- Every HTTP service exposes `/api/health` returning `{"app","version","status"}`. Flip `health_format` in AKURAI_APPS.toml only after a live curl.
- Non-HTTP daemons (postfix, dovecot, opendkim) are probed by `host/bin/akurai-mail-health` with the systemd service/timer in `templates/mail/`.
- Outbound SMTP in tests/automation goes only to olibuijr@olibuijr.com.
