Documentation for this repo lives in the **akurai-notes** MCP.

- Canonical CLI note: `akurai-ec2 — CLI Docs` (note 8)

- Retrieve: `get_note(8)` or `search_notes("akurai-ec2 CLI")`
- Copy installs must include `libexec/akurai-ec2-manifest.py` at `../libexec/` relative to the copied binary.
- Canonical release modes are `release --mode update|publish|release`; `--bump patch|minor|major` applies to release mode only. Legacy positional aliases remain supported.

Secrets live in the **akurai-passvault** MCP, never in this repo.
