 - Read `deploy.md` before every implementation, deployment, diagnosis, or operations task.
 - Use `akurai-ec2 release` for mutations. Never manually edit production files, state, services, Nginx, certificates, packages, Git history, artifacts, or databases.
 - Work on Titan only.
 - Run `akurai-ec2 release --mode publish --yes` to deploy through the AkurAI-Build CI/CD pipeline.
 - Secrets live in the **akurai-passvault** MCP, never in this repo.
