# Epic: Suite Deployment Governance

## Why
All 13 applications in `AkurAI-Framework/AKURAI_APPS.toml` must use one enforceable AkurAI Build delivery path. Current audit found one missing pipeline, one pipeline without immutable package stage, one production environment mismatch, and stale catalog commands that bypass Build.

## Scope
- In: hosted Git, pipeline validation, verify/package/deploy ordering, immutable artifacts, production policy, host-agent health/rollback, migration recovery, secret handling, persisted run evidence, and fleet conformance reporting.
- Out: changing app domain behavior or deploying app migrations before each repository task is implemented and reviewed.
